II. Service Overview

  1. Retail Services: Provide online product purchases via the website, supporting delivery to the contiguous U.S. and overseas.
  2. B2B Services: Offer bulk orders, customized production, and supply chain collaboration for wholesale clients and OEM/ODM partners.

III. Order Processing

1. Retail Orders

  • Order Requirements: Orders ≥ $99 (contiguous U.S.) enjoy free shipping; orders under $99.99 are priced by address and weight.
  • International Orders: Shipping fees calculated by address and weight, with Economy (9–15 business days) or Expedited (5–9 business days) options.

2. OEM/ODM Orders

  • Customization Process: Require corporate qualifications, technical parameters, etc., with a cooperation agreement signed after mutual confirmation.
  • Order Changes: Written notice must be provided within 3 working days for modifications after production confirmation; additional fees may apply otherwise.

IV. Payment Terms

  1. Retail Orders:
    • Support online payments via credit card, PayPal, etc. Orders become valid upon full payment.
    • No Returns/Refunds: Retail orders are not eligible for returns or refunds after shipment. Please confirm product specifications before ordering.
  2. B2B Orders:
    • Advance Payment: Typically 30% of the order amount for raw material procurement.
    • Balance: Due before shipment or by installment as agreed in the contract.

V. Shipping and Delivery

  1. Retail Delivery:
    • Contiguous U.S.: Free shipping for orders ≥ $99; Economy (9–15 business days) or Expedited (5–9 business days) options available.
    • Overseas: Shipping fees based on address and weight. Tracking via DHL, FedEx, etc., provided. No returns/refunds after shipment.
  2. B2B Logistics:
    • Bulk Orders: Support sea freight (FCL/LCL), air freight, or land transport, with customized solutions (e.g., phased delivery).
    • Risk Transfer: Risk shifts to the client upon warehouse release; insurance is recommended for transport losses.

VI. Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure (e.g., war, natural disasters, policy changes) causing order delays or non-performance, neither party shall be liable. We will promptly notify clients and negotiate solutions (e.g., deferred delivery or partial refund).

VII. Intellectual Property

Content on the website (including text, images, designs) is owned by our company and may not be used without permission. Intellectual property of design documents provided by clients for OEM/ODM projects shall be governed by the contract.

VIII. Dispute Resolution

This policy is governed by Chinese law. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation; if unsuccessful, they shall be submitted to the Beijing Arbitration Commission for arbitration.

IX. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, with revisions posted on the website. The “no returns/refunds” policy for retail orders takes effect upon shipment confirmation. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of all terms, including updates.
